    Here are our suggestions

    Mini pizzas on a zucchini

    Ingredients:

    • zucchini
    • cooked ham
    • cheese for pizza
    • smoked cheese with paprika
    • fresh parsley or oregano
    • mashed tomatoes
    • salt

    Preparation:

Wash and dry the zucchini well. Cut into rolls and toast them on both sides on a grill or grill pan. Then set the zucchini aside and arrange the desired ingredients on them. Combine pizza cheese and smoked cheese with paprika for flavor, mashed tomatoes with a little salt, parsley, or fresh oregano, and cooked ham as the meat part of these mini pizzas. If you are cooking zucchini on the grill, put them back on the grill, and if you are preparing them at home, put them at the maximum temperature in the oven for a few minutes, enough for the cheese to melt. Serve mini pizzas warm as an appetizer or finger food. You can use recyclable plates to serve them.

    Breadsticks with mortadella

Stir in finely chopped chives, basil, thyme, mint, or other spices in a bowl with cottage cheese if desired. Then add a few drops of olive oil and mix everything until it merges into a fine creamy mass. Leaf pads with fine ham

    Ingredients

    • puff pastry
    • fine ham

    • ricotta cheese
    • hard cheese
    • salt, pepper
    • nutmeg
    • Egg

    Preparation:

Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares. Turn on the oven and preheat it. Chop the fresh spinach and cut the fine ham into cubes. Mix everything with ricotta cheese. Add the finely grated hard cheese, then season well and stir in the filling. Place a tablespoon of the filling in the middle of each square of puff pastry. Arancini with ham

Roll the stuffed dumplings in a mixture of beaten egg whites, two whole eggs, and a little salt, and then in punk or bread crumbs. If you use bread crumbs, we recommend that you bread the dumplings twice to make the outer layer firmer and crispier. The arancini are fried in deep oil for 30 to 60 seconds, or until they get a nice golden color. Place them on a paper towel that will soak up excess oil.

    Salty crackers with sausage

    Ingredients:

    • ripe avocado
    • cheese as desired
    • sausage
    • crackers

    Preparation:

There is probably no simpler and faster recipe than this one. Use crackers instead of bread. Using a drinking cup or a mold (if you have one), slice the cheese slices so that you get small circles. Arrange a thin layer of avocado spread, cheese, and cold cuts of your choice on each cracker (depending on whether you like more spicy or milder flavors). Cover with crackers and repeat the food stacking process until finished with crackers.

These were some quick bites you can serve to your movers and we hope that you love them as much as they do.
